It's Friday afternoon. I'm sitting on a comfortable chair and staring with concentration at the laptop screen.  As I think and type, I have new thoughts slowly creeping in. One most important thought that I have is about the news broadcast that I saw this morning about Rhino poaching.

South Africa is the home for 80% of Rhinos in the world.  But the number is slowly and unfairly decreasing.  It is sad to think that some people poach them in order to sell the horns.  Some believe that the horns carry a healing effect to sicknesses such as Cancer...and the saddest part is that some people actually believe this and buy them.  Truth be told...if this continues the way it is, we might even find ourselves left with "the big 4".  There is a lot being done to try and save the Rhinos, but more and more of these poachers increase on a daily.  You might be sitting there reading this and thinking how you can support and help to save our Rhinos...you can go into your local music store and purchase a "Save the Rhinos" cd...the proceeds from these cd's go into a foundation that sponsors and tries to save the Rhinos from being poached.

The next generation could even be at the disadvantage of not seeing a real Rhino, unless we do something and try and help to save the Rhinos.  So yeah, yeah... I'm just sitting behind my laptop and just preaching about this...but now you are aware of how big the problem is...so tell a friend to tell a friend to tell another friend that we need to save Africa and preserve its beautiful heritage.

Keep in mind that we need to take care of our wild so that our children and our children's children have something to admire and appreciate about nature.  So next time that you're in a music store and wonder which cd to buy...go ahead and buy the Rhinos cd.  Make a difference!
