We have a variation of what black people should look like. We have Afrocentric black people. We have urban and sassy African people. What I'm saying is: embrace your beauty, with all the cracks that come along with it. 

Be proud to be black. Do not try to be anything else... it would never work!

Melusi Masiza Ncongwane. With Xhosa origins from my Mother and Zulu roots from my Dad. 

I watch myself grow and contain maturity that keeps me easily going through life. I don't sweat the little stuff... I deal with the real, so if it's artificial let it be!

But for now... let's keep it funky!

Growing up I realised that I made friends very easily. I enjoy new company, chatting to new people.

As I grow older, I realise that the important stuff is not always lurking around outside. I enjoy indoors chilling with a few good men/mates. I guess I'm learning more and more to draw into myself!
